reportedly pulled out of her libel case yesterday (30MAR06) after refusing to sign a Statement of Truth regarding her denials of cocaine abuse.

The catwalk beauty filed a lawsuit against Five regarding their 2004 documentary The Truth About Kate Moss - which alleged the star was a regular cocaine user, who once had to be revived from a drug-induced coma.

Last month (FEB06), Five won the right to use the images published by the Daily Mirror last year (05) as evidence, showing the model snorting the drug in a London recording studio.
